Hitman Absolution is the first main title in the Hitman Series to be released on the PlayStation 3. Each player is given a target and given a set time to finish their target, or they can simply wait for their partners to accomplish their task, or finish the game in a certain time.
A new feature called Multiplayer Execution Mode allows for up to four players to co-operate in order to defeat the game's major targets. Online content is available to make it more versatile to players, such as skins for the game, and challenges. Detail level for AI has been simplified to provide more gameplay feel.47 can now sneak up to enemy, and choose one part of the enemy's body to fire from - and that's it. Hitman Absolution also includes a more balanced gameplay mode than previous titles.
